  • LIHWAP (Assistance with Water Bills)

  • Assistance for Homeowners – Property Taxes, Utility Bills, other qualified housing costs

The main office at 711 Southwood Ave. has

these extended hours to better serve the programs listed above:

Saturday, August 13th, and August 27th

IMPACT Operating Hours: 8:00AM-12:00PM

Prerequisites for Homeowner Assistance Must be a homeowner with primary residence in Franklin County Experienced a financial hardship, loss of income, or increase in expenses related to the pandemic Meet the program’s annual income eligibility guidelines, which is $147,600 for a family of four
