Outreach Coordinator - Weatherization
Weatherization Outreach Coordinator plans, directs and coordinates activities designed to support the Agency's Weatherization Program by developing and maintaining community partnerships and close collaborative working relationships with homeowners, tenants, landlords, neighborhood/community organizations and other social service agencies in developing eligible households for weatherization related services.

Community Advocate, Climate Initiatives - Part Time, Remote
The Community Advocate’s aim is to collect community views, understand community needs, and identify possible challenges and community-based solutions. This will be achieved by neighborhood canvassing, phone calls, attending meetings, and other relevant means of communication. The end goal is to reach BIPOC residents of Franklin County. The Community Advocate will inform the public about environmental equity issues, especially solar energy, weatherization and electrification.

Self-Sufficiency Coordinator (SSC) - Empowerment Services
The Self Sufficiency Coordinator (SSC) will support the transition of program participants as they address identified barriers to self-sufficiency. Utilizing a case management model, the SSC will maintain a positive and productive relationship with the client base to coach, mentor, and facilitate activities that meet the Individual Employment Plan (IEP) and Department need.
