AMP Coach I - Youth Services
Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Senior Program Manager, the AMP Coach will be responsible for the full client care cycle of the Achieve More & Prosper (AMP) Program (Comprehensive Case Management Employment Program (CCMEP)) for an assigned caseload. This includes recruitment, eligibility determination, comprehensive assessment, plan development, intensive case management, service delivery, referrals and follow-up services within the scope of the Agency’s policies, procedures, and budget. AMP Coaches serve as a community liaison and site representatives.

Community Advocate - Energy Efficiency
Job Summary: The Community Advocate’s aim is to collect community views, understand community needs, and identify possible challenges and community-based solutions. This will be achieved by neighborhood canvassing, phone calls, attending meetings, and other relevant means of communication. The end goal of the Community Advocate is to inform the public, specifically BIPOC residents, about environmental equity issues, especial solar energy, weatherization, and electrification.

EMPOWERED! Project Coordinator
Job Summary: Works with individuals participating in the Empowered! “Clean Energy” full scope of Skilled Trades programming. Coaches, mentors, facilitates and assists individuals to set employment-related goals and address barriers to employment within the scope of the agency’s policies, procedures, and budget. Supports Senior Program Manager with identifying available resources and employment opportunities available to assist clients interested in career exploration within the clean energy sector. Helps clients establish an Individual Employment Plan (IEP) and follows up to ensure implementation. Assists Senior Project Manager and Lead Project Coordinator with program design, implementation and instructional facilitating of curriculum.
