Prosperity Now Classes

Prosperity Now supports individuals learning and applying basic financial principles that help manage debt more effectively, encourage saving and develop a financial strategy towards better money management. (self-sufficiency) 

Financial principles include banking, build/ rebuild credit, debt management and saving. 

Side Hustle 101

Program Description: Introductory entrepreneur class that gives the tools, and the support to launch and maintain a small 1-2-person micro-enterprise.  Participants will need access to a computer with broadband internet, equipped with Microsoft Office (2013 or later) and Adobe Acrobat Reader (Reader is a free download).

Eligibility: 200% of FPL.

Smart Tax Prep

Franklin County residents have the ability to have their income taxes (Federal and State) prepared without incurring exorbitant fees. Assistance for previous years (2020-2022). Income eligible participants can book appointments through Hands On Central Ohio by dialing 2-1-1. They are then scheduled for an appointment at IMPACT where an IRS-certified volunteer or IMPACT Staff Member will prepare and submit their Income Tax Return.
