As a community action agency , we rely very heavily on volunteers to make our work possible. Some of our strongest and most dedicated volunteers are our Board of Directors. Like most nonprofits, our board consists of talented people who really care about the mission of our organization, and are willing to dedicate time to providing strategic guidance and oversight. We ask them to ensure the ongoing financial stability of the organization, approve policies, and set the overall strategic direction for the Chief Executive Officer.
This is an exciting time for IMPACT Community Action. Together we will continue to work hard to fight poverty and provide hope inspiring help and real opportunities for self sufficiency.
“The unique insight these executives bring to the table supports IMPACT’s strategic focus ,” said Bo Chilton, IMPACT’s Chief Executive Officer. "They represent companies that are focused on equity in areas of housing and economics."
“IMPACT is extremely fortunate to bring aboard these dynamic leaders who have deep experience community service,” said Chilton. “These women will help IMPACT’s strategic direction and guide the innovations needed to better serve our clients."
