BAILEY CAVALIERI JOINS THE FIGHT ON POVERTY TO SUPPORT IMPACT COMMUNITY ACTION’S WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOCUSED ON WOMEN
[Columbus, OH]-- The Firm of Bailey Cavalieri recently presented a donation of $75,000 to IMPACT Community Action.
Bailey Cavalieri is committed to charitable giving, and this year their giving was awarded to IMPACT’s Sojourn Program.
“This generous donation from Bailey Cavalieri will assist our work to provide wrap around services where all of these ladies, are able to realize financial self-sufficiency, and recapture the dignity of being a secure provider for their children.,” said Bo Chilton, IMPACT CEO.
Sojourn was designed as one of IMPACT Community Action’s intensive workforce development training programs, with a unique focus on addressing the whole person, empowering 20 women with the tools needed to overcome multiple barriers. Currently the program serves women from across Franklin County who began the journey of self-discovery, accountability, life-planning, and comprehensive barrier removal services. The SOJOURN Women's Empowerment Program is a transformative program, resulting in employment, concrete pathways out of poverty, and eliminating barriers to self-sufficiency.
Bailey Cavalieri has been focused on smart giving which focuses on the effect of each donation. “We are thrilled to make this contribution to IMPACT Community Action, a strong organization that’s in the fight on poverty in Franklin County,” shared Bailey Cavalieri Charitable Giving committee chair, Stacy Lane.
