IMPACT Community Action is requesting quotes for a Human Resource Coordinator/Generalist, as a contract service provider.

 

RFQ Submission Guidelines

Length of Contract: Two Months

Anticipated Contract Schedule: Tuesday, October 10, 2023 – Friday, December 15, 2023

Contract not to exceed $20,000

 

Bids for this RFQ will be accepted via email until Close of Business on October 3, 2023.

    1. Each reference must include: 1) name, 2) relationship, 3) phone number, and 4) email

All solicitors/businesses with whom IMPACT contracts must, after acceptance of the quote, meet the following criteria:

  1. The entity must be registered/licensed to do business in the State of Ohio and in Good Standing.

  2. The entity must be able to provide proof of Liability Insurance and a current W9 Tax Form

  3. No bid or quotation may be accepted from any individual or company on the State of Ohio's debarment list.

RFQ submissions will be scored on: 1) Experience, 2) Price, and 3) Availability


RFQ Timeline

  • Friday, September 22,2023 - RFQ distributed

  • Friday, October 3, 2023 by Close of Business - RFQ submission deadline

  • Tuesday, October 10, - RFQ responses will be reviewed

  • Tuesday, October 10, 2023 – December 15, 2023 – Anticipated Contract Period

 

Scope of Contract Work

The Human Resource Coordinator/Generalist will work with IMPACT’s Human Resources Department, to assist in the hiring application process. The Human Resource Coordinator/Generalist will contact Candidates to prescreen for potential employment. The Human Resource Coordinator/Generalist will also provide support to the Director/Managers who are seeking to hire Candidates.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities (and framework of contract)

  1. Reviewing Candidate Resume’s.

  2. Conducting phone interviews.

  3. Setting up in person manager interviews.

  4. Follow up with Candidate questions, calls, and emails.

  5. Sending the Candidates to Director/Manager to receive offer or send regrets.

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Some post-secondary education preferred

  • 1-3 years Human Resources – Recruiting - Onboarding

Competencies

  • Adaptable to change and able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal, etc.)

  • Ability to understand verbal/written instructions

  • Capable of making critical decisions

  • Manage and prioritize work effectively with minimal supervision

  • Ability to problem solve

  • Complete tasks within critical deadlines

  • Interact with a positive manner with internal and external contacts

  • Maintain highest level of confidentiality

  • Basic math skills
