RFP Submissions must include:

  1. Contact name

  2. Contact’s company name

  3. Telephone number

  4. Contact person's email address

  5. Proposed sale cost of 15-passenger van and vehicle specifications, including year, make, model, color, mileage, engine size, accident history (if applicable) and any included features (upholstery, radio, etc.)

All solicitors/businesses with whom IMPACT contracts with must, after acceptance of the proposal, meet the following criteria:

  1. The entity must be registered/licensed to do business in the State of Ohio and in Good Standing.

  2. The entity must be able to provide business license, proof of Liability Insurance, a current W9 Tax Form, and complete an ACH Form for direct deposit.REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

  3. No bid or proposal may be accepted from any individual or company on the State of Ohio's debarment list.

  • Monday, August 5th 2024 - RFP distributed

  • Friday, August 30th, 2024 at 5 PM - RFP submission deadline

  • Monday, September 2nd to Friday, September 6th, 2024 - responses will be reviewed

  • Monday, September 9th, 2024 –contract will be awarded

Scope of Contract Work

The “New or Gently Used 15 Passenger Van” will work within IMPACT’s Climate Justice Department to serve the EMPOWERED! Program.
